4. Pickup & Delivery Terms
Pickup and delivery timings displayed on the website or communicated through customer support, WhatsApp, phone calls, SMS, emails, social media, operational representatives, or automated systems are indicative timelines only and shall not be treated as fixed or guaranteed commitments.
Operational timelines may vary depending upon garment category, processing requirements, locality coverage, logistics availability, weather conditions, traffic disruptions, public restrictions, operational load, technical interruptions, staffing limitations, third-party delays, force majeure situations, or other operational circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Customers are advised to verify garment count, disclose special garment conditions, and remove all valuables including cash, jewellery, watches, documents, gadgets, accessories, or personal belongings before handing garments for pickup. 5asec shall not be responsible for valuables or personal items left inside garments during submission.
Repeated failed pickup or delivery attempts, unavailability at the provided location, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect customer information may result in rescheduling delays, additional operational charges, temporary suspension of services, or cancellation of orders.
5. Garment Inspection & Processing Standards
All garments submitted to 5asec are processed after reasonable operational inspection based on visible garment condition, fabric composition, care label instructions, stain characteristics, processing compatibility, operational feasibility, and handling risks associated with the specific item.
Customers acknowledge that garment care outcomes may vary depending upon fabric quality, garment age, previous home washing practices, hidden fabric weaknesses, pre-existing damage, chemical exposure, unstable dyes, wear and tear, manufacturer defects, adhesive usage, embellishment quality, stitching condition, or prior treatment methods.
While 5asec follows commercially reasonable garment care processes, the Company does not guarantee complete stain removal, color-fastness preservation, shrinkage prevention, restoration of old garments, repair of hidden defects, preservation of weak embellishments, or reversal of fabric deterioration. Certain stains, discoloration marks, texture variations, fading patterns, weak fabric areas, or hidden damages may become more visible after cleaning due to the nature of garment processing.
Delicate garments including silk, suede, leather, designer wear, embellished garments, chemically treated fabrics, garments without care labels, or aged garments may carry elevated operational risk. 5asec reserves the right to refuse processing, seek additional customer approval, or process such garments strictly at customer risk where operational uncertainty exists.
6. Delicate & High-Risk Garments
Certain garment categories inherently involve elevated processing risks.
These may include:
- Silk garments;
- Leather items;
- Suede materials;
- Designer wear;
- Embellished garments;
- Garments without care labels;
- Aged garments;
- Chemically treated fabrics;
- Unstable dyed fabrics.
5asec reserves the right to:
- Refuse processing;
- Process such garments at customer risk;
- Seek customer approval before processing.
Where a garment condition presents operational uncertainty, the customer accepts that processing outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
7. Pricing, Payments & Billing
Pricing displayed on the platform may vary based on:
- Garment category;
- Fabric type;
- City;
- Operational zone;
- Pickup frequency;
- Express service requirements;
- Special treatment needs.
All prices are subject to revision without prior notice.
Applicable taxes may be charged additionally wherever required under Indian law.
Payments may be collected:

- Before processing;
- At delivery;

For all customer-facing, public-facing, and business-facing activities, communications, onboarding interactions, operational fulfilment, and relationship management processes, the primary identity represented shall continue to remain “5asec”, irrespective of the backend operational, consulting, onboarding, or support structure involved in such activities.
Any franchise discussion, proposal, presentation, onboarding conversation, business enquiry, commercial projection, or investment interaction shall be treated solely as exploratory communication unless formally approved and executed through written agreements authorised by the Company.
No verbal statement, digital communication, marketing material, onboarding discussion, projected revenue estimate, operational discussion, WhatsApp communication, email exchange, or preliminary payment shall automatically create franchise rights, exclusivity rights, territorial rights, partnership rights, guaranteed approvals, or legally binding commercial obligations.
The Company reserves the unrestricted right to approve, reject, delay, suspend, modify, or discontinue any business opportunity, operational association, onboarding request, or territory proposal at its sole discretion.
