Every garment is audited and tagged at drop-off, then inspected so the fabric, colour and stains are understood before treatment. Marks are spotted by hand, the garment is cleaned by the method its fabric needs — solvent or water — then steam-finished, checked a second time against its ticket, and packed ready for pickup or delivery.

Does 5àsec offer pickup and delivery in India?
Doorstep pickup and delivery are part of the 5àsec service model and roll out city by city as each outlet opens. The first Indian outlet, 5àsec Marathahalli in Bengaluru, is now open — ask your local store which services are live.
Will my garments be mixed up with other customers’?
No. Each item is tagged and audited in at the counter and checked against that ticket before it is returned, so your garments stay yours from drop-off to collection.
